This is wonderful! THANKYOU! Perfect timing as Ive recently bought quite a few machines 🙈😂. I’ve just bought a crystal head dermabrasion machine, a Dr.Pen A6S, an RF machine, and LED arch machine (lay down, face goes under it), I have a dual cavitation and Ems handheld machine (with the gloves), small micro current gua sha for my face. I’m waiting for a larger professional micro current machine at an affordable price and that’s all I have left to get from my list lol. The only laser I have is my hair removal! I’m not ready for laser yet. Ive enough machines to get used to 😂 I went all out for Xmas 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t look like myself at all since becoming ill so I want to work of looking and feeling good aswell as working on my symptoms. Being a sports injury therapist, I also still have my tens, infrared floor standing lamp, paraffin wax, cryotherapy (just ice and ice packs) massage items ... these I kept because I became ill a few years ago and can’t work in this field anymore. So I’m finally able to start a routine to loosen my tightened very sore muscles (I’m stuck in bed 95% of the time). So I have bits and pieces from self employment which have come in handy now plus a few new bits too. Happy New Year! Stay safe xoxo

Thank you so much Penny! I’m one who needs things set out in order to understand. I received the micro-needling device that you reviewed that is cordless with two batteries & a cord if you so choose for Christmas from my mom, I also picked up the Dr. Dennis Gross led mask thanks to Cate the Great, she let everyone know that it was $100 off at Nordstrom before Christmas so I impulsively purchased it 😅😂. I also purchased a Foreo led mask device & I have NeuFace micro current device, the one that I can switch out the heads. I only have the ball one & the led lights one though. I think that’s all. I’ve yet to try the micro needling, I am going to educate myself throughly before using it. I’m a bit nervous about using it even though I’ve used the roller micro needling before. I am just about to try the Dr. Dennis Gross led mask, I have purchased alcohol wipes to cleanse it & I ordered some green tea serum for in the future off of Amazon, I got Melixer Green Tea toner. It’s a single ingredient & it seems to be a quality product, I’m looking forward to trying it out. I have recently been diagnosed with Rosacea, my husband also has it, and I’m hoping that the red light therapy will help with that. My poor husband has it horribly, so any advice on helping him would be GREATLY appreciated 💗 Sorry for the Ted Talk 😅😂

This is perfect timing! Just got a couple new devices for Christmas and was wondering how to put them all together. I have the Nuface trinity, Tria eye laser (may look into Nira as it can be used on eyelids:) ), Skintastic led device,, PMD Microdermabrasion and the Tri Pollar Stop X. Been a little leary to try microneedling on myself. I do use Tretnoin and Vitamin C Serum, plus a couple others. I am waiting on my W Skin aqua facial device. I also do glycolic peels every so often.

Hi Penny, Right now all I have is an old micro current device I bought from Serious Skin Care when they were on HSN. Haven’t used it in years and I don’t know if it still works. 🤣🤣 I was going to start out micro needling but haven’t purchased a device yet and was looking for your recommendation. I currently have microneedling pen, will have Nira next week, I have a infrared light- and it’s crazy but I have my father in laws hair lazer light from illumiflow- it’s like a hat but pulses the light would that be ok to use on face? I know it was really expensive and I’m trying pick and choose purchases. Crazy question but thanks! Love all your wonderful info!!!

Love the calendar - thank you. I have all of the devices mentioned except I have the Tria eye laser and also had to send back my wireless NEWA which would not hold a charge. I have a wired NEWA that I’m hesitant to use because of the lemon I received but now I’m tempted to try it

I use LED panel 5x/wk micro needle monthly, Myolift 600 2-3x/ wk, Time master Pro,, 2x/ wk, Newa 4-5 x/wk, and high frequency wand occasionally. Sometimes my nighttime routine takes >2 hours. Need to streamline my routine as it’s becoming way too time consuming. Right now, it’s 9:30 PM and I’m way behind schedule.🤣

Hello Penny. Thank you for a great video explaining how to use all our gadgets and how they can be used together in our skincare routine.. I have a mini Hifu Rf and it says to use it 3 times a month. Could I follow your routine using the Hifu.. I have the Nira, Myolift, and a Led mask. If I can’t fit everything in on some nights could I take it through to the next morning ??? And then the regular serums such hylaronic acid vit c etc I’m a bit uncertain as to which serums can be used following the sample regime listed. Thanks Katherine. Ps. Right now I rotate NEWA and Myolift, and do the rest as you suggest. I also would like to know if any Nano could be added in with this schedule?

You could alternate days and do the NEWA then myolift or you could break them up (of course) and do myolift every other day and NEWA as you wish. You could do a nano session once a week on an “off” day 😃 Happy new year to you as well 💜

Thank you! 🤗 I have a couple of questions. The first question is that I need to use the Nira for my marionette lines and my elevens too. On what day after doing the microneedling Can I use the Nira on those areas? Can I use the Nira twice a day? And, if I use it twice a day do I need to incorporate any other devices with it for the second treatment? Lastly, do any of these devices help with broken capillaries? Or, do I just have to wait and incorporate the faustina at another time? I have all the devices you mentioned. I do not have the Faustina yet, but I was very interested in it for broken capillaries.

I have the Nira, the Dr Penn M8 and nuface. I’m in the market for a radio frequency (I’ll order through your link) and yesterday I had a red light facial and call me crazy but my skin looks tighter so I’m definitely going to be investing in red light therapy.. unfortunately I don’t like how the mito red is just a box cause I don’t want to hold it up the whole time I’m using it. Anyway, thanks for the video :)

Hi Penny, Thank you for all of your informative videos! I have gone a bit crazy during quarantine and purchased along with other devices not mentioned in this video, A Dr. Pen, the Nira, MitoMIN LED Panel and a NuFace. I'm hoping for instructions on how to use the MitoMIN for antiaging and for hair loss for my guy. Specifically, how far away to be from the panel, if Red light and Infrared should both be used, how long for a treatment and if the skin should be clean or if any products should be used. I am sure you have already covered this at some point and I have looked, I just cannot seem to find it. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks again!
