I love the pace. I love studying slow because the knowledge lasts long that way, and it is easier to grasp. Medical students and graduates tend to ldo everything fast. Fast review, fast memorisation tips, ect. I couldn't be further from feeling like that.

You’re talking ab is hatha yoga, especially when you find the rotation vertex in the mid thoracic spine, at the t6/t7 intervertebral disc. During your asanas, see what motions you can do with that vertex. Also study the L5/S1 vertex.
