You see. Riot doesn't believe in balance. Veigar is supposed to be a late game champion. Yet he one shots at lvl 6+. And being able to stack 1AP is stupid. Make it 0.5 AP. That would half his stacking numbers. Because he already builds AP items. And all of his abilities scale with AP. This is why Nasus is a better designed stacking champion. He stacks Q damage. And builds tank. And his Q stacks don't add to his over all AD. Veigar stacks AP, and builds AP, and all of his abilities scale with AP. I don't need to tell you, that is broken.

Just FYI. In 2019 Nemesis used Veigar to help carry FNC to beat SKT on Day 7 (A big reason they managed to eliminate RNG in groups) and used him again to take a game of FPX.

People seem to discard the fact that mejai is a legendary item giving you the mythic passive. The item is gold efficient at 9 stacks everfrost giving you 15ap=3stacks meaning that a single kill makes it efficient even when starting from 2 stacks while retaining the potential for more ap gains and the 10% MS at 10 stacks feels really good.

its like people have never seen Veigar's basic strat? playing him in the intended roll useing his kit as intended , to scale as a glass cannon? this is not new...its just been refined over the years and updated with the meta items , this is the way vigar was intended to be played since he was made , but they are just applying the new runes and items to him. nothing here i have not seen before prity much evrey season on veigar mid, its the same strat as before... scale and roam... movement runes of some kind have always been worth on immobile Mages.

Honestly we need some Keystones with armor/magic resist scaling. Ability haste even.. I've been playing Ornn a lot in top, and having the most succes with lethal tempo, but only in master so not very high elo. Don't know about solo queue grand master.

That's what conditioning is for, I doubt Riot will add more runes like that one for two reason. First: It would just make tanks a lot stronger late game without any extra gold having to be invested for items since they are getting free resistances. 2: Conditioning is pretty good already, so I don't think they feel like the game needs more runes like it.
