I get that the officer is concerned about his family, given this POS's threat, but I think "cutting him a break" after making a threat on a LEO is THE WRONG THING TO DO. If you threaten an officer, they should charge you with each and everything you did. He made a false statement (said he came from another direction but later admitted when talking about how many red lights he ran), felony fleeing/eluding, unregistered vehicle, no proof of insurance, threat on LEO. (those are just the ones I counted.) If criminals learn that this officer will "cut a break" in exchange for threatening his family, don't you think MORE criminals will threaten them? If you are already being charged with a felony and all you have to do to make it go away is threaten the LEO's family???? Not good at all.
@markstone16193 сағат бұрын
That LEO isn't fit for that job. He's just a creampuff that freely allows any offender to walk all over him. He needs to find another line of work, as he was even too intimidated to even search him before placing him in his unit and too intimidated to issue the charges that the offender clearly deserved. That offender wouldn't have acted that way if he was dealing with a competent LEO.
@jamallabarge26652 сағат бұрын
Don't be so hard on the Officer. I think that he was "encouraged" to go light on this guy in order to set him up for a drug bust. If guy caught Big Boy charges he might "lay low". The Police want him to keep on sailing down the road, slinging his gunk. Be on the lookout for a video of our hero being arraigned for distribution. Amazing degree of lack of situational awareness overall. And then not charging him for being a danger to the public and the bike not registered was the icing on the cake. If he forgot to write the tickets on-scene and now the printer doesn't work, you sit there until it does work. I hope his record is reviewed and he's at least pulled off traffic duty. Yeah. And you gotta love a guy who just finishes getting busted lying about not being on that street, and then freaks out that he's being called a liar about something else. 2 minutes didn't pass between lies and he's upset that somebody doesn't believe him? Then he follows up by lying about the number of lights on the street. saying there was only one light on that road, when I clearly saw him run 3 red lights and drive through a green one as well, so there were *at least* 4. If it'd been me, I would have had his stupid bike towed too. It'd just been used in the commission of a felony, was unregistered, and had a illegal plate that was set up for being hidden/obscured because this is one of those guys who hides his plate specifically so he can break every traffic law he can without accountability. He should *not* be allowed to *ever* have a motorcycle license after pulling that kind of stunt. This guy is a piece of filth, and needs to learn that he is not above the law that the rest of the citizens of this country must follow. If he *does* somehow learn that, then he might actually become something other that a useless dirtbag. Of, and if anyone thinks I'm calling him too many names, just imagine what he'd call *me* lol ;P

His soft, weak, scared, nature, is going to get himself, and other officers around him, hurt one day. He coward to this child. Not being in control of a situation as an officer, is dangerous for everyone involved, including the suspect himself. He was feeding off the fact this officer was visibly scared of him. Its why he kept escalating his behavior, and his threats. It also worked, as this weak officer didnt charge him with the felony, showing this childish bum, that acting like a petulant child, will get him his way. You need to use that smooth brain of yours, before you write out nonsense like this.

Most don’t care. My husband just chuckles at them and goes on about what he’s doing. However, one that caught him off guard last week was- he responds to a domestic. This lady is out of her mind, and he ends up tackling and cuffing her before she could hurt her mom. So she’s cuffed right? Don’t forget that part. He’s heading to the hospital with her in the back and she’s just quiet, saying nothing. He hears shuffling and looks in the rear view and she’s squatting on the bench in the car, like Gollum. Just staring back at him. They get to the hospital and he opens the door, she is BUTT ASS NAKED, piss on the seat, and opening her legs screaming at him to “look at my pussy”. Still cuffed, except now they’re in the front! I was cracking tf up watching that, I’m not going to lie. You expect them to yell and curse, and threaten, but that one took the cake! 😂

It's the same as DUI samples. You're allowed to decline consent at the time. However, all that means is that you get a very hefty punishment, and the court has to write up a warrant, at which point you can't refuse. You're also kept locked in the cell until said warrant is made and the sample is obtained, revoking your chance to get bailed out. At least until they get the sample later. I know at least for DUI samples, you refusing means it's an instant 1 year suspension of your license, regardless of any later results.
