@jjann54321Күн бұрын
@@jondonnelly3 Exactly this. I think the only thing keeping this from happening is time. Marty and MOOG do everything in-house so to compile and edit all of the episodes by car/project would take forever. My go-to are the "playlists" and "project cars" in their catalog and just letting it rip.

Your gemini is known to me as an opel kadett c. It is so cool to watch this and listening to all the conversations about the isuzu engines and the fact that an isuzu diesel engine was converted do petrol. The european opel models used isuzu diesel engines as standard. And the older opel 2.3 litre diesel engines where also converted to petrol in the past. Love this build 👍🏻

1:39:50 I love that weve reached this level. It used to be you couldnt replace the wire harness. People were Vexed when it came to that stuff. Giant packs of wires get cut.. "Junk the car!" now days you could if you had the desire and/or funds, Rip the crusty factory wiring out from front to back and replace it all including most if not all the sensors with more updated versions, and end up with a reliable car. Rather than a bunch of wiring headaches and gremlins.

Hi fellas, and Happy New Year. Excellent video as always. This car brings back memories of my old Gemini which I purchased from a car yard I used to work at in the late 80s (yes I'm kinda old) They had two at the time. One was a stock two door, and the other was a modified four door. The four door had mags, was lowered and had twin Dellortos hanging off the 1.6. Me being the piston head that I am, I of course purchased the four door. I rebuilt the engine myself, and ended up with a nice little rocketship. Thank you for stirring up fond memories. May I suggest something? Have you thought about bringing out some overalls with your MCM style logos? Cheers fellas.
