@@Mimi-yo6wj it’s not advisable to put the car in ECO mode on the highway. ECO mode is meant for city driving. I keep mine in NORMAL mode 99% of the time as I do mostly highway driving. Sport mode is a killer on gas.

Camber problem is for rear wheels. You can buy and install adjustable upper control arms for camber adjustment. Arms I installed myself. Need to find knowledgeable mechanic to do alignment. I was lucky talking into this my local Lexus alignment mechanic. He did a great job, just for 30% more than regular 4-wheel alignment cost. Staggered wheels is another issue that cost more money.

The front tire wear issue is fixable by replacing the soft OEM lower control arm bushes with stiffer aftermarket ones by Figs or RR Racing. Easy job, i did it myself on my 2016 IS300. Fixed the tire wear on my car.

I almost bought a red one in manual before mine but unfortunately it was located in Michigan and I’m in Florida. I knew there had to be some rust.

@@ErockHQ if it’s a 350 or a 300 with the 2gr v6 you’ll be fine as long as you can see all the past maintenance history to make sure it was maintained properly, it’s the only reason I felt comfortable with buying it. These cars are bulletproof.

Depends on how much they're asking and also check the CarFax maintenance records. 85k is low miles for a Lexus/Toyota.

Very reliable. There are many with over 100k miles already. Probably one of the few V8 performance cars that are reliable.

Looking at a 2015 IS350 F sport RWD but the staggered wheel setup might be a deal breaker as it makes normal tire maintenance more expensive especially since I need a set for the winter.

Yes, you would fit fine in an ES. Obviously for for a test drive before you buy. Many people are ordering their cars online without even going for a test drive… don’t do that… you’ll have to live with that car for a while. Make sure it fits you!

What’s the debate? Comes down to styling mostly, but it depends on what your goals are with the car and how long you’ll have it. The Lexus will be more reliable and cheaper on maintenance long term, especially if you have turbo issues with the Infiniti. Lexus also holds its value a little bit better. Dynamically, the Infiniti May feel sportier to you, just try to test drive them both back to back. Hope that helps!!

Depends on how much snow we’re talking about and your driving capabilities. This car has available AWD and can handle a few inches of snow, but it’s not as capable as the RX.

Pretty good! 19city, 28highway. I think that’s due to direct fuel injection and the Atkinson cycle used in the IS350 engine.

Both great cars and share the same drivetrain. GS is larger, IS is quicker. It comes down to looks, size, and features. I’d say start with the looks, then the size (cabin space, etc.), then performance. The IS is a little bit quicker and nimbler.

There is no carbon build up issues with the IS350 models, that's an issue with the IS250 models. There are no major failure items that I am aware of, but of course will keep updating as the car ages. These are very solid cars, sorry that sounds like a salesman pitch...
