Supersets are awesome ! Try 21s which means for biceps 💪 do 7 reps at the bottom half of the movement then do 7 reps at the top half of the movement then do 7 full reps and your biceps will be pumped 💪 but you can't go up to maximum weight on this movement but try it guys 😉

Yes but I recommend starting of with moderate weights for the first 2 weeks then moving to this excercise as it reduces risk of injury by making your body adapt to the movement
