Supersets are awesome ! Try 21s which means for biceps 💪 do 7 reps at the bottom half of the movement then do 7 reps at the top half of the movement then do 7 full reps and your biceps will be pumped 💪 but you can't go up to maximum weight on this movement but try it guys 😉

@@forsaken284 they give a great pump and there intense it's about enjoying the workouts and enjoying the time in the gym rather than grinding out your heaviest sets all the time

@@daveshaw5293 Pumps dont really mean much. You can get pumps by choking the chicken. You build muscle with progressive overload consistently over time.

Can be 4 sets, but only 1 per exercise, son you end up doing 4 different exercises, 2 for chest and 2 for back, but 1 set to failure each

Yes but I recommend starting of with moderate weights for the first 2 weeks then moving to this excercise as it reduces risk of injury by making your body adapt to the movement

it does just not optimally at all, you need to work in the 5-30 rep range to stimulate optimal hypertrophy

Yes 2 are more than enough muscle is build with recovery not with exercise choose heavy weights and perform 6-10 reps with slow controled reps of 1 set
