My face looks so much worse than it did a year ago. Now I discovered Dr Mew and I have hope that my face will slowly recover with the use of the butterfly touch between the teeth. Mike Mew may be struggling with the eye yoga because eye muscles tend to deteriorate with prolonged wearing of eyeglasses. I'm learning Bates method for recovering natural eyesight which teaches how to strengthen those muscles, including the muscle bands holding the eyeballs themselves by gently looking back/forth, up/down and diagonally, and much, much, MUCH blinking and palming. All good stuff. Unnatural quick fixes are for those too busy and too lazy to change their lives, and that includes the wearing of eyeglasses! Thank you for the knowledge!!

Work on your upper face and it will pull the rest of your face up with it. There is no point in working on your lower face 1st.. if the upper face is not firm and lifted. The fuller cheeks are crucial to a firm youthful fuller face. She is really good at this.

I can confrim that this works! When you start the face yoga you want to support the right movement by pressing on your skin to prevent other parts from moving. For the eyelid part i started by holding the side of my eye (where your eyeliner wing would be) to hold it from moving and also to do it clean without risking wrinkles. Also do them very slow and try to rly feel the right part. Its important to do it infront of a mirror that rly helps to see if you are doing it correctly. Also start by only doing one side and then do the other side. That helped me a lot :) with time you will see improvement!

Very cool! I was doing these along with you and now my cheeks are very flushed. I could definitely feel it. Also, I feel like I naturally do that lower lid lift when I'm feeling suspicious. Thank you!

Her cheeks do look overly and unnaturally huge from all this workout. Mike often talks about how cheeks should be hollow and the muscles should be atrophied naturally since they aren't supposed to be used to swallow. I realize this video is to give more pub to mewing but it's a bit contrary to the craniofacial dystrophy message.
