I remember Mike received flak online for being unprofessional. He was booked for a metal tour with Witherfall and allegedly didn't show up. Joseph Michael was interviewed by Glen Fricker from Spectre Sound Studios and told that story. People online shared their experience with Mike as well and I think that's why Meinl decided to drop him. He is with Zildjian now.
