I can’t believe Mike Myers hasn’t hosted SNL since 1997
@RichV204 жыл бұрын
I can't confirm it, but I think he has a soft ban from hosting after this one time in 1997. All the skits when he hosted he wrote or pitched. Watch the whole thing again, it is very Myers foreign characters oriented.
@SceneComparisons4 жыл бұрын
@@RichV20 soft ban? he was on the final sketch of SNL 40. him and Dana are kings over there
@RichV204 жыл бұрын
@@SceneComparisons informal ban from "hosting". Mike has come back several times over a decade and a half away to do several cold opens. Cameo and host for the week are two different things. Hence the "soft ban", something like Chevy's.

FYI, Mike Myers was wrong with one thing. Dan Ackroyd didn’t actually hosted until 2003 which was 6 years after this episode. However, he did unofficially hosted with John Goodman in 1995. Goodman took sole credit even though Ackroyd appeared in as much skits, even the monologue. So it’s forgivable on the writers or MM.

Natural gas and New York City involve approximately 25 to 30 percent of the electric power generation.
