Yo came across this video it’s a few years old but the philosophy you guys are spitting will never get old. If you want to lift weights and make gains you should never be scared to jump outside the box. This game here is a learning session from day one until you stop. Keep giving REAL TALK. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I have to thank you Mike, I have been going to the gym for a while now but your videos have given me a completely new outlook on how to train, doing a lot more reps and managing to get my strength up and seeing completely new results - muscle failure definitely makes you more humble and eager to better yourself. Keep up the amazing work!

Unlike most fitness personalities on KZbin, Mike Rashid actually breaks down why he does what he does for his training and when you expand your perspective it makes sense. I'm a Strongman athlete/rugby player so my training is considerably different from his but I don't disagree with the methods he mentions at all. Training is expansive. There's really more to it than looking up Starting Strength or 5/3/1 on the internet and assuming it's the be all, end all for everyone.

I have respect for people like mike Rashid. I have the above average physique at this young age but when it comes to fitness and bodybuilding I have high expectations and I'll listen to anyone who is bigger than me I'm not a stubborn lifter. Be open minded and stop posing of "strict form"

riderhomie lol at idiots that think strict form is not essential. 1) ppl like rashid and lobliner are on steroids, so they can get away with the shit form they might do because they recover much faster. 2) with shit form, you do not hit the muscle well and put too much strain on joints. So yes, do good form or else you are going to gain muscle for a while and then tear something up and start crying ...

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. First time I ever tried hack squat was a week after leg pressing 630 and squatting 275.......hack squat, I threw on 180 for a "warm up," I literally went straight down and did NOT come back up haha. Took me about 2 months to comfortably do 205 on that, if I remember correctly I had to start with sets of 90. Craziness
@Gumnball10 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing. On leg press I used to do pyramid then finish with very low weight for 30 reps to kill it but I'll switch to the 5-5-5 to spice it up. :)

I completely agree , people need to shut up about 'form' if you're doing half reps ,full reps , quarter reps , who even cares , if it works for you then keep doing it , people need to start worrying about their own life , how is commenting on someone else's form gonna help you with your gains , you don't need fully good form if you know how to train the muscle
@moeabbas580810 жыл бұрын
