I’m glad someone mentioned Steve Lott. He recorded most of these ultra rare videos. You can see (and tell) that he’s given his camera to somebody else on this day. Not the best camerawork I’ve ever seen, but still great stuff. Back when Tyson was dedicated. You can see how bored and pissed off he was already getting.

Mike tyson at the peak of his prime was probably unstoppable -though later on he lost some of his toughness and got beat- same thing is happening to Anthony Joshua I think that having a lot of money takes some toughness and hunger from boxers- the only exception is The great lennox lewis he beat every fighter he ever fought including the ones he lost to !!!!!!!

Hard to tell who the sparring partner are… I know the guy in the green was Mike Jameson (Tyson had already KO’d him) The 2nd guy looks a bit like Tyrell Biggs, but they didn’t like each other. The first guy is Cory T-Rex Sanders I think. (Not the Cory Sanders who KO’s Vlad Klitschko by the way!) He was a white guy! Great Stuff this. All thanks to Steve Lott for uploading all his stuff before he passed away a few years ago 😢

What year you think he took them? And what’s the reason you got to believe that?
4 жыл бұрын
@@theundisputed3671 I think he began taking them in this year 1987. And my suspicions are mostly because he slowly became a lot more aggressive and more stories were emerging of bad behaviour in his personal life. Plus he bulked up a little more. And I think he was taking them behind Rooney’s back, probably it was organised by Robyn Givens (with Don King in the background). This is pure speculation, so don’t take it seriously.
@theundisputed36714 жыл бұрын
@ Alright I understand your point of view but I don’t know cause his fighting weight was always 216-220. And he had that fighting weight for a good long time until I’d say late 90’s where he didn’t care that much bout fighting. As far as his aggressive behavior I mean he’s always been reckless so it doesn’t surprise me Mike Tyson was just doing whatever he wanted. Dudes ego was all over the place back then. I respect your opinion though.
@theundisputed36714 жыл бұрын
@ That’s cause of all the stuff he was going through with the con artist, Don king, and all the clowns he hanged out with. Once they got him he was done mentally. And once he lost Kevin Rooney he lost his head and started to lash out on everybody. He was only well behaved when he had Kevin Rooney by his wife cause Kevin was straight forward with Tyson and would exhaust him in training and not even let him party after winning a fight.
4 жыл бұрын
@@theundisputed3671 Oh yeah. It’s known that Don King encouraged the poisonous relationship with Givens (Rooney hates her btw) and that he whispered in the ear of Givens and her also horrible mother that Caitin was ripping off Mike and that Rooney was gambling and getting boozed, which they then kept telling Tyson. There was some truth to the stuff about Rooney, but that was also engineered by King, who’d make it available to Rooney in hotels, etc. King set Tyson up good.
