These are great! I am really hoping for the best outcome for Aaron’s daughter! It will be interesting to see the outcome when jobber is implemented by Aaron and how it goes when he’s away. Dylan at Urban Roots has such a great heart and you can see he has great intentions for his business! With David at Headband movers I’m excited to see the pay systems implemented and to see how that affects his ability to retain employees. It’s tough to see the defeat in Carter after he spent an unplanned, unpaid amount of time on a job. There were some some pretty tough calls on this episode and Mike handled them with grace and wisdom. I appreciate how Mike talks us through his thinking process on how to approach debt @27:55 mark. This series is already gold! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Well done media team! Love this series. I can actually see Aaron choosing option 1 and being very successful with it. Certainly more risk in the near term, but potential for bigger rewards. That said, sell the truck and get one for half the price is a good choice regardless of which option he chooses.

Please keep doing these and your other videos . I found this this channel a few days ago and it’s literally almost all I watch now . I have been an entrepreneur my whole life but have been mostly stuck working for others since I’ve just been in tough spots most my life . I’ve finally taking my third business idea and it’s in its second year and finally starting to take off. This is my life . Your videos changed everything and you should have a million plus subs . Not only does that guy need to charge for the extras that he said he needs to get better with, he needs to charge for the extra time they are taking from him to talk to him about it, show it to him, and him price it. They didn’t mention it during original estimate, so you can’t lose that time without compensation and profit. Never.

Honestly if you struggle communicating with customers a CRM would help you a lot. Being in the habit of sending estimates, invoices, receipts via email is 3 opportunities to offer services and what not. I don't know what I would do without it low-key

"I might be broke but I look like a million dollars"....... I will never, ever understand why landscapers care so much what other landscapers think of them. We have some nice equipment but only what is needed and functional. I would prefer to have a competition at the bank versus comparing equipment at the gas pumps.

Incentive base pay rarely works. Workers end up rushing/ cutting corners get incentive then your going back and paying them again to fix. Also showing your books to employees is a mistake. A dead beat worker is going to be that no matter what you pay.
@MikeAndes
@MikeAndes Жыл бұрын
Check P4Psoftware.com/training for how we do it in depth. All forms of compensation are “incentive based” just varies what you are incentivizing. $/hr just incentivizes taking longer and being inefficient. Open book management has a lot of research that is positive
