This video and the product are perfect for what I need to do Mike! I have much less area to cover because the deck is a 48"-56" walkway aroung the pool. I wanted to do a nice sand color because I will have some beach motif around the pool. Love the work ethic you guys have!! If you could "teach" that..you would be a millionaire. This came out great! I would love something like this for my concrete garage. I've seen people put down the epoxy floors and that looks like a really intense job especially considering the square footage of a garage. I'd like to find something like what you guys just did --2 coats and done y'all make it look easy! Keep up the great work.

Hey Mike, I have about 1610 sq. ft. Of residential front walkway, side of the home and back yard patio type Concrete. About 1000 sq. ft. Of the concrete is spalled and uneven. Level ranges from 1/4” to maybe 1” in various areas. Plan is to of course pressure wash the area. Use my Bosch concrete surface grinder in the areas that are Spalled other areas that just old and nasty. So the areas that need to be self leveled is he back patio area. If I were to hose the area down with water you can see all the areas that show water puddles. So after I pour the self leveling product I plan to hit it with a final “Concrete Dressing”. I have used Quickrete Re-cap. Not bad of a product. Did not like the various color it displayed when it dried up. Rapid Set Newcrete was another choice. I like how it dried up and the color did not show different color shades. This Sherwin Williams “Sur-Crete” does it have a little texture in the product?

I have "kool deck" coating on top of concrete. It's like a 1/8 inch thick coating that's similar to orange peel texture you see on walls. Do you think the Shurcrete coating would be ok to use? Get job you guys did!

Currently Sherwin Williams isn't making Shercrete. I'm using a product called Mapai Mapecoat Deck T. Google that and ask then if it would work over Kool deck.
