Steel does not be thrown like that in concrete.... You have to put welded mesh with wedges into formwork before the concrete! Thx

The reinforcement mesh should be closer to bottom, because it helps the concrete to resist tension efforts.

Actually you dont have to consolidate unless its a confined space. Ive been a material tester for 2 years now and they did it perfectly you don't know what you're talking about.
