Mike Hermes I love your tutorials, can I request a Trojan Horse (like the one used in that hidden attack). Its like a horse on wheels from history. Or if that is not something you want to do, could you make another house model. I love how you get them to look like real game assets, its definitely something im working to improve. Thanks a million for all the tutorials over the years. You seriously give so much back to the community, I really appreciate it man

i also want to ask you an another question. is there a specific reason you use maya? your tuts consists of modeling mostly and maya is known for charakter animation and vfx things but not that much for modeling. i am also user of cinema 4d and i find modeling in c4d is more easier than maya though its more dedicated to motion graphics.
@MHTutorials3D8 жыл бұрын
+Hypergraph I guess I just like Maya, what can I say :-)
@Hypergraph8 жыл бұрын
i like too, sometimes i wish i knew maya in the early days when i started 3d but my school was forced me to motion graphics and i found c4d more suitable to my needs:-(
@MHTutorials3D8 жыл бұрын
+Hypergraph I you know c4d you will know Maya within weeks

Hi , I like your tutorials so much but I have a a little problem : I know that the best way to be a pro in 3D graphic design is by a lot of practice but I have a lot of study so every time I get back to modeling I find out that I foget a lot of staff in maya so is there a method from wich I can always maintain my level ? :D
@MHTutorials3D8 жыл бұрын
+dallel oussema Well to be honest, no. Remembering something requires practice. You could however decide to focus on one specific area like modeling cars

hi Mike. Thanks for these awesome tuts. can you do more complex modeling tuts? with the help of your previous basic tuts i can already create this can by myself. For example my all time favorite chair CH24 WISHBONE CHAIR or any other thing of your liking. Thanks..
@MHTutorials3D8 жыл бұрын
+Hypergraph Any other suggestions ? ( the chair doesn't look that difficult )
@Hypergraph8 жыл бұрын
for the chair; the back looks cubic but ends up cylindric shape at the both ends and the sit is made of strings. and back legs has organic shape. looks harder to achieve to me. and i am also seeing these kind of character hands all over the net. (goo.gl/bfCayT) it would be awesome seeing a tut espically about the hand part of the character.

+Six6Syndicate So even after you activate it in the plugin manager it still doesn't work ?

+Six6Syndicate If it shows in the plugin manager but doesn't work after activating it then there is not a lot I can do. I use Maya but I'm not an Autodesk helpdesk guy, sorry

+Six6Syndicate try deleting your maya prefs file, keeping in mind to back it up, and note that all your previous settings will be reset to default. delete everything inside this folder: C:\Users\yourname\Documents\maya\2016\prefs
