Hey Mike, that is the secondary cooling system on that tractor. That is the cooling system for the intercoolers. It uses an electric pump and there is a procedure for bleeding the air out of it. The electric pump has a canbus connection on it that you can unplug and that will make the pump run constantly. There is a hose with a coupler that connects to the top of that flip down front radiator. You will also need to open a T valve on the hose that connects to the top of the radiator to fully bleed the air out of the secondary cooling system. Edit: Oh, looks like you figured it out.

I haven't seen those hose clamps but it looks like a spring under the head of the screw that tightens the clamp. That would make it like the spring wire clamps that you remove and install with pliers (preferably the pliers made for them). They are designed to keep tension equal during expansion and contraction. Over tightening is NOT recommended. The spring should still have a tiny space between coils even when the engine is up to operating temperature.
@Failure_Is_An_Option4 ай бұрын
No.. that would be a constant tension clamp... that he completely buried. You are trying to explain a spring clamp of which it is not.

This tractor has two cooling systems. One for the engine cooling and this one out front for the intercooler and aftercooler. The charge air coolers are water to air.
@albertorossi27934 ай бұрын
yes, but the problem is that there is not enough air to cool the engine. There are two cases: the air turbine is broken or the thermostat is broken and does not close. in my humble opinion, as the years pass, machines of any type are more performing and cutting-edge, but they have a shorter life than old ones due to their fragility and cost more.
