The Girl Scout stuff looks to be older and probably from the 80s just like the rest of the stuff. Scout items, especially badges, and the shashes are highly collectible and sell very well on eBay. I would make a lot of everything you found and put it up for auction. Good luck!

Some of the appliance parts like refrigerator and microwave oven doors can make good resale value in ebay.... if those are in good condition pick it up with the box .. probably you can sell as is with the box... the twine cooler back panel you tried to pull its aluminium part (at 31:09)... is like 60-85 bucks in ebay...

Family photos are priceless ! I think you were right about the backpack being stolen. You should put three or four main photos up on the internet like make a Facebook page calling it old photos or Pinterest and ask if anyone knows them. Its a given they were from Texas or Mexico and they would be so very happy to get them back.

That accessory kit is money on its own. It's to adjust a club to just right for the golfer. Those are the first things lost/misplaced so if you find it how you have it list it asap! (Don't jump on my golf vocabulary. I'm not a golf guy, never was or will be, but watching a few resellers I've seen that very kit do well.)

This may be old info, but it could be useful. Walmart has a box in the entrance/exit area that offers to buy old phones. I put an older IPhone 4s in there a few weeks Baku, and it gave me $12 for it. The box bought all types, so you may want to make a run with some of those. I think they make ObamaPhones out of them. 🤷🏻♂️

Protip: if you ever come across phones, and if there are EcoATM's in your country, try selling these. They still may have a resale value. Or maybe sell that stuff at garage sale.
