This is a great workout, thank you for sharing with us! I am already doing something similar. Will add the rest of these exercises for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on Next Level Diet. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 2700 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

At 14:06 if you put safety clips for a barbell between the part of the machine you are pushing and the area where it rests on, the starting position will be higher which is easier on your shoulders.

I am really enjoying this series of videos, they are very informative and they are reminiscent of your early videos in that they are packed with useful information. At some point could you give us your thoughts on training principles for your older followers like me ( 65 years of age ) but still passionate about resistance training, however now starting to get aches, pains injuries etc.. You are now a very polished presenter no matter what the subject matter is, keep up the good work. 👍

100% agree with the pec fly machine; so many people just bring the elbows down to get the rep out. The neutral grip is boss!

My current split is similar. Chest/Back. Legs/Shoulders Arms. I will alternate the higher sets and heavier loads. So for Chest I might do heavier weight, more sets for a few excersizes. Then for Back I would do lighter weight sets. (so no deadlifts that day) or exercises that use not so heavy of weight. Focus more on high reps. The next Chest/Back day. I would start with Back becasue that's going to be my heavy stuff, then finish with some lighter weight but high rep chest exercises. The heavy day stuff I always try and do 3-4 exercises, just looking for to really push myself. Lighter day body part I always do 4-5 exercises and I'm chasing the pump there.

I like to bench with elbows at a 45* angle with wider grip, and I want to feel like I am “scooping” with the pec, from stretch, scooping with the pec, to peak contraction. If I go with elbows flared to the side, I get a better stretch but less on pec for contraction.
