Bought your training plan from the app recently and I love it. I'm 17 and don't have much experience in the gym as I've been lifting weights for only a year. It's super specific and tells you exactly what to do all the way down to the tempo which is sick. 100% recommend.

For the record, there’s a study which shows that the dumbbell pull over is a chest based exercise and the engagement of the lats is minimal. Approximately 10% activation of the lattismus compared to the pectoralis major. In my opinion swap that for a straight arm pull down.

Straight up I have to comment on this as I'm blown away on the strict form. Phenomenal take on the "pullover" setup. Getting your mind and form right without weights. Your comment about changing your grip around to not put so much strain on your elbow was such an obvious one but nobody had suggested it to me before. I have a tears in my outside elbow tendons or tennis elbow which is from going to hard with no rest days but it hurts more on nuetral grip so if i use a different grip on each back exercise it uses different tendons on the inside and outside of my elbows and should share the workload better
