So many great players that has more achievement than Tal, but I'd proudly say he is, to me, the greatest attacker of all time. The way he sees the game is different. He don't look for advantages, he goes for the kill.

Most of Tal games have only 1 move to save the game & create a counter attack. That 1 move is very audacious & extremely difficult to find over the board... So in a way, Tal almost always went for the win.

He can but next steps of tall will be Fxc4 (white Bishop sacrifice). hxe1 .if he moves queen to save next step will be mate. Suppose if he don't accept Bishop sacrifice. He need to move place black Bishop in front of King even then same hxe1 step repeats now opponent can move his queen cause temporarily Bishop can save mate .

I think I understand the overall plot behind these sacrifices....the plan was to prevent opponent from castling while bring all his important pieces one one side of the board so that in the end the King is unprotected in the center and only two pieces are enough to get him.
