You drag it up because the firewall rules are read top to bottom. So if there was a deny, your allow rule below it would never hit.

whats the max throughput I can expect on the Hex S?

It is a gigabit router, however, ports 1 and 5 are on the same bus so they share. I have ports 1 and 4 and get a gig to both clients. Cannot go wrong for the money.

i have delete default configuration so i can't able to connect web browser or winbox also i have also try hard reset but still can't access RB interface kindly help me

After your hard reset what IP address are you using to locate the MikroTik?

1. Unplug power 2. Hold RESET 3. Plug power back in while holding RESET 4. Continue holding RESET until the SFP light starts blinking 5. Release RESET
