Ok the points he made: 1. The calendar: Women have to use a calendar, whether it is cultural or not. We cannot have sex and hope for the best. There's a reason why there are apps for that. 2. Refusing sex: it's her body, period. If she says no, it's no. No need to explain. It goes the same both ways, but yeah. 3. Not wanting to eat some foods: Especially when pregnant, but it is normal to not have appetite for some foods. Like what is his problem? These are reasonable requests. They are conflict every couple has after a bit of dating. He wants a robot or someone who devotes to him and never says no to his wants. I'm not saying he should accept everything she says, but it is something very common all couples fight about and hence there has to be compromises. But if she is pregnant then yeah, just greeth your teeth and bare it since she cannot stand foods she previously liked (she probably wants to throw up just by smelling them, so making her eat them is not a good idea). Also he found a girlfriend way too quickly. Let's see how fast she will last with his unreasonable demands.

Very true, I love sushi, but my mom made sure I was about 7 (old enough to digest it without bad effects) before I tried it. I also live on Vancouver Island, where we have a huge Japanese population so very easy to get good sushi, even at the grocery store.

I garnered two main things from his comment. The first was there is more than the OP is telling us about their marriage issues and there are more than just the "girl baby" issue. The second is while he hinted at "other issues" he never did try to disclaim the OP's version of the story about the "girl baby" issues. Some minor things were when he mentioned it was a good thing his "girlfriend" listened to the Podcast. Uh, he is STILL married and it doesn't seem like very long since they separated. lol. While I don't believe for one second the OP is the "absolute victim" she makes herself out to be, I also don't believe her husband or his mother are people the OP and her unborn baby should be around. The OP for sure needs to divorce him (and apparently his mother as well lol) and NEVER entertain the idea of reconciling with the husband. I was conceived out of wedlock. Because of that my maternal grandma, aunt, and two paternal uncles treated me like a 2nd class family member or used it as a reason to look down on me. I don't even know why they were upset by it. It wasn't like they were all pure and waiting for marriage. They were f-ing outside of marriage and both of those uncles weren't even faithful in their marriage. But somehow I REALLY messed up by... um, existing. Now that I'm 35 I don't even consider most of them real family. One of good aunts (by marriage) was my mom's best friend from middle school on, so my mom knew my aunt's family but they had kinda lost contact for a while. Years later we were invited to a wedding on that side, then a bonfire, and then we were an automatic invite to every other family event since. My mom gets automatically invited to "sisters weekends" because they consider her as much a part of their family as anyone else and I know any kids I bring into that family will be as accepted as any other kid no matter if they are fostered, adopted, and/or birthed and no matter where they come from or what they look like. So don't feel sorry for me. I have a great family. I just wasn't born with them. As long as the mom has a good family on her side (with possibly that one bil and sil on the other side) she will be fine. If she doesn't she can find/build a better one. You can choose your friends AND your family. I'm sure she has friends who started calling themselves "auntie" as soon as they found out she was going to have a baby.

Instead of running the probability of 50/50 for the sexes, it’s running the probability of group A and group B both getting the same result. Now group A, B, and C need the same result. And so does group D. Individually, those groups all have a 50/50 chance for their babies, but what’s the probability of groups A - D all having the same outcome for that 50/50? I dunno. Unless documents are signed as well as notarized, they no longer hold a huge amount of sway in the courts as they once did. This is because it is so easy to forge documents these days. I am a Private Investigator that specializes in cheating spouses and in many states, we had to get "Bonded" by the Courts in order for our "evidence" such as video, audio, documents, etc. to be considered reliable and as actual evidence to the case. With this, we need to make sure we follow a strict "Chain of Evidence" to validify what we are presenting to the people, attorneys, and courts which is more restrictive than a Police Dept is required to do. Gone are the good ol' days of taking pics of cheating spouses thru their windows and calling it "Good". Now that picture needs context and 6 ways of verification if you are not "Bonded" by the State and its Court System. Being "Bonded" by the State and Court System, allows nearly ANY kind of evidence I present to be taken at face value. Much like a Police Investigator is. Basically, I am guaranteeing that any and all evidence I present to the courts will not be tampered with in any way. For instance, all of the data from my video cameras and audio systems as well as GPS trackers I set up all load directly to the cloud to prove no tampering exists. I still use data cards as backups but it is literally impossible for the "other side" to prove any sort of tampering when things load directly to the Cloud. Likewise, it is literally impossible for myself or others to tamper with the evidence even though the large Bond that we pay says that as well.

Story 1 - I don’t think I’ve ever heard of the supposed husband’s comment before, if it’s genuine it definitely doesn’t paint him in any better of a light. He sounds like he’s used to be the central focus of other people’s lives and getting everything he wants so when the wife doesn’t want to have sex or is too tired to he’s mad. It sounds like he was genuinely pissed that during pregnancy his wife had normal reactions to it like being exhausted, having aversions to foods that previously weren’t an issue, not eating (I’m guessing raw) sushi which is indeed something that should be avoided during pregnancy.
