@android19willpwn2 жыл бұрын
@@BlazinBro786 there's a certain level of texture to not always getting what you want, especially if there's another person who you can directly blame that on. Put another way, getting your opponent's pick of stage and/or music gives them a bit of recognizable character both before and after you see their main and their playstyle. Further, it helps naturally keep things from getting too samey. I get my favorites half the time, and the other half the time I'm getting something else to keep things fresh and if it sucks well there's the perpetrator right in front of me and I have the explicit goal of knocking their teeth in. Plus I know that I'm inflicting *my* preferences on them whenever we get my picks. It kinda breaks down if *every* goober is always taking you to the super-boring training stage, and this is good for esports if not every stage is viable to actually play, but overall I can understand the feeling that something has been lost.
