Started playing deemo when I was in middle school and I am now a PhD. This song is a timeless masterpiece. Replayed thousands of times.
This song was what saved me from depression and full attempts of suicide back in my senior high days. At that time I hadn't read the english lyrics yet, and I'm not born Japanese so I didn't understood anything what the singer was saying. But to me that was a very minor issue because deep down when I first heard it, I already felt some sort of connection with it. Now, after 2 years and finally having read the lyrics, I fully understand why out of all the advices, songs, self-therapy, comfort I've been getting-- it's this one that's kept me going until today. Even if Milli will read or won't have the chance to read this, I'll still say it: you have my deepest thanks from the bottom of my heart. I hope you can continue to make music that move people to greater lengths. Edit: Thank you for the wonderful replies

I'm not sure why, but this song has always felt like an old friend to me. Like someone I knew, years ago, that I lost somewhere along the way. No matter what version, no matter what language...it doesn't change. I don't know why. But I'll always cherish it.

I've listened to this song countless times since I first heard it from teemo... it has done a lot for me. It's the first Japanese song I fell in love with, my first introduction to rhythm games, and it continues to be one of my favorite songs to this day. This is just one of those timeless songs that's always there for me, and I'm grateful for that. Thank you, Mili, Yubikiri-genman, for the memories.

I don't really understand the lyrics, but when I listen to this I always remember my friend who's always been there for me, hard to imagine that one day we will have separate lives and would never meet each other again. The things we do will soon turn into a memories, and all the promises will be forgotten.
