She was TOXICCCCC ASF. also, Some people look you up on social media before you get to the unit to see what you look like, I definitely had this Sgt that did that.

I've never been in the military but I've had a female supervisor that was exactly how you described the staff sergeant in your story. I truly think some people receive some sort of validation when they treat people poorly especially those lower on the totem pole, that power trip is something serious. Smh...

Enjoyed this story time! That NCO was straight trash 🗑 💩💩💩 Epitome of toxic! She had a horrible attitude problem and took it out on everyone else. I’m glad you kept your military bearing cuz girrrrllllll!!!! Good thing she’s not in the Army anymore because Soldiers deserve outstanding leaders and how that SSG treated you was unbelievable! Like 😱😱😱Just unacceptable 💯 Come on with Part 2, Sweets!

Omg I was having such a rough day and this vid made me laugh because I relate to you so much. Been in the AF now for 13 years and dealt with great people and toxic supervision. Thanks for the video, I really needed this.

Thank you for your service! I wish I meet you And Collab with you in South Korea! We were stationed in OSAN AIR BASE, however, we always went to Camp Humphrey’s and shopped in the PX and Ate at the Food Court in Camp Humphreys! Also, my son likes to swim there. Have a great day! As you mentioned Virginia, my husband was born in Virginia too. Have a blessed day! Watching from Albuquerque, NM.

The Army micro-manages its people too much. There's a big difference between maintaining good order and discipline and keeping soldiers completely dependent on leadership for all their actions and thinking.

It’s probably because u were in tradoc, them nco’s be trippingggg, I was trying to out process from Ait and I had to go to S-1 for some paperwork, and this ssg kept telling me to leave, but we’re doing other people’s paperwork. I was leaving the next day. So my drill sgt had us go back and tell her that we were sent back. Mind u this ain’t no short walk. So another 42A ssg helped us out. And the other Ssg had a whole attitude, like what did I do to you.

sound like a rude nco in the army that don't need to be in a leadership role
@Jordan-cf1ho2 жыл бұрын
You should have explained to her that you wouldn’t be there by 17:00 in advance if that was your intention it’s kinda selfish to expect her to drop everything at 21:00 to come get you she may have children at home that she can’t leave alone . Don’t get me wrong She sounds extremely petty but you should acknowledge your faults in the situation also.
@SweetsColourxx2 жыл бұрын
I didn’t expect her to drop anything Lmao. Are you in the army ??? Before I got even further ! I didn’t HAVE to be there before 5 my leave ended 12AM that night. But as an nco your soldier being safe with a place to sleep is a priority!!!!! I expected her to tell me go to hotel and not be upset that , that was only option .. like what. Lmaooo but go off
@Jordan-cf1ho2 жыл бұрын
@@SweetsColourxx I understand that you didn’t have to be there by 5, my point was that you could have explained to her in advance that your leave was until the following day and you wouldn’t be there by 5 so she may have been able to make arrangements. Had I been in her position I would have just reached out to you to get an ETA when you didn’t show up at 5 and had you check into the hotel but not everyone in this life is reasonable. As I said before she sounds very petty but in my opinion your lack off communication didn’t help the situation. And no I am not in the military just a nosey civilian inserting his opinion where it was not requested 😂. Hope you didn’t take any of this offensively it’s just my perspective, I like the content keep grinding ✊🏾

After listening to your video, you're both wrong in the way the inproceessing was handled. A high speed SPC would have asked those questions you mentioned before they left their HOR. Questions such as what happens if I do not make it there before 17:00. Make sure you have thier number before you head out, not the time you arrive..
