Prosecutors revealed in a press conference last April 3 2023 that it was actually Ravi’s CO CEO named KIMJIHUN who contacted the broker, and made the deal with him not RAVI. RAVI’s court trial last April 11, 2023 also revealed he was NOT even aware that he had received any exemption which is why he enlisted himself in September 2022 and entered the training center in Oct 2022. RAVI did not fake his disabilities. He has narcolepsy, panic disorder, compulsive disorder, & depression. The military even leaked private medical reports showing he was UNQUALIFIED for active duty since 2019. He had received a health grade of 4 since 2019. Let’s please give RAVI’s case more context than this because his court trials give a lot more insight into what happened to him

I can't believe Seunghyun is still being harassed for smoking weed. I understand it's illegal in South Korea, but he was punished, and that's enough. Like?? He didn't hurt anyone. I swear, the Korean media wants to destroy TOP, and it's not even funny anymore. The guy is struggling with serious issues, and they still harass him after so many years.

Yea it is insane how T.O.P. is being harassed. It honestly upsets me and hurts my heart. It's weed. In the US where I live, everywhere I go I smell it. But it's ok to drink until you pass out? This makes no sense to me. I just wish I could give him the warmest hug.

That is his Idol name and he wants to distance himself from it and I'd say used his Thanos role to troll his past. He was almost exorcising the past. I wish him all the best and mad props for him going through with the role. SoKo is at stobe-age wrt mental health treatment and no HIPAA laws to protect people from potential employers!

Ravi did not evade military service, he enlisted in 2022 and was already a health grade 4 since 2019 for his narcolepsy and other health issues. It was his Co-CEO that went behind his back to the broker.

MHJ tried to do something similar to V claiming Taehyung called her during a nonscedualed time, giving anti's fuel to go after him, his commander also had to set the record straight and prove she lied.

I really do feel for Ravi, he did what he did hoping to save his company because at the time he was the only artist under the company making any money. That can be a lot of pressure when you are not only putting your own job on the line, but the jobs of everyone in the company. I can also see why the public is against him because its going against the law and honor of the country.

It was proven in court RAVI’s co-CEO worked with that scam broker behind his back to try to get him exempt ☹️ RAVI had no idea, he only wanted to postpone his enlistment (which is legal) to avoid a huge contract penalty to save his company and his employees jobs. He even enlisted himself thinking everything was fine, but found out later what his co-CEO had done

@@Ena2010 yes there’s a lot of things people don’t know about his case like the fact that he IS disabled. He’s had narcolepsy since he was young, he also has compulsive disorder, panic disorder, depression & bronchial asthma & his conditions have been very visible over the years

Military service is a right of passage that all young men must fulfil, there can be no exception for idols, doing otherwise will bring shame and disrespect, most understand their duties and serve their country diligently with honor

I kinda disagree, I just feel like a mandatory military service is wrong, it can ruin someone’s life, career or mental health. Although there should not be any exceptions we should not shame people who are trying to avoid it. Just imagine giving two years of your life for a country that doesn’t care about you. Everyone should have a choice and if someone finds a way to avoid it it’s their decision and their life.

But the thing is there are Korean men who get exempt, so it's actually not a duty all Korean men must fulfill. I can't think of any good reason why gamers and certain athletes are exempted.

@@DanKop-z4g But it's kind of something they have to do considering North Korea could literally strike at any time. They need to have enough soldiers trained and prepared in case something happens and with low birth rates they can't rely on a volunteer system only. It sucks, but I also understand the need for it. What I have a bigger problem with is why certain people like award winning gamers get exempted. If you you're going to enforce mandatory military service all men except those with extreme mental or physical limitations should serve.

I just don’t understand the total hate on people who are trying to avoid it. I live next to Russia and in the past we had mandatory military service. I remember my father telling me stories how his friends did everything just to not enlist coz they had their own problems. @@DivinaKaNzA His trial last April 11, 2023 revealed RAVI actually only wanted to postpone his enlistment to pay off his company debt but then his co CEO worked w/ the broker for exemption behind his back. RAVI didn’t even know about his exemption & enlisted himself. He even left the shows he was on & didn goodbye concerts because he thought he had to enlist, he had no clue he had gotten exempted. This co CEO who worked with the broker is still the current CEO of the company until now & got barely any punishment for it.

There are a lot of news didn't shared by the media, they only shared bad things about Ravi. It was his co-ceo who sought out the broker and ravi didn't know about that. Ravi enlisted himself on Oct 27, 2022 with his correct health data grade 4 since 2019. The Media and Prosecutors Unfairly Targeted RAVI And Used Him As The Face Of The Military Service Corruption Scandal and also used him as a scapegoat to cover up more than a 100 evader.
