I recall that casein is very pH-sensitive. If you make the liquid that surrounds it more alkaline, the casein disperses. If you make the liquid that surrounds it more acidic, the casein coagulates. I wonder if it behaves differently when microwaved at different pH levels.

@@GEOsustainable My pleasure, sir. I think casein glue has a neutral pH and it flows. I am not really sure what happens when it becomes more alkaline. Maybe dissolve different concentrations of baking soda in water with the casein and see what happens! (Do it at small scale of course. Don't want to waste the stuff!)

Question why not put the mixture into mold then put in the microwave so it can take can shape of the mold easier?
