Try running "A Cat of Ill Omen" it's a flip effect that allows you to search "Regretful Rebirth" and put it on top of your deck.

Shady, you need malice ascendant (I think that's what is called) I believe it's in the first pack. It's let's your opponent mill 1 card for each malice ascendant in your grave during your standby phase.

*Hey Shady!* The perfect skill for this deck is called *Draw Pass* and it's a skill that *Ishizu* gets at lvl 4 so it's super easy to get. The description of this skill is " *In the Draw Phase, instead of doing a normal draw, restores Life Points by 300. The skill can be used only three times per Duel.* " So you actually gain a sliver of LP back which can be super clutch but also keep your opponent from getting smart and milling you out for 3 more turns. :) Hope this helps.

Shinobi Pig Because this gives you 3 turns of not being able to draw yourself out. If Shady would have had this ability during the second duel he would have use Cup of Ace no problem cause there wasn't a risk of him loosing.

dumbest comment for me.. He need to get Regretful Rebirth and the worm as fast as possible so skipping 3 turns is a no no. This will mean that he need to SURVIVE 3 turns without drawing a card and potentially giving the opponent ATK power as he might get monsters for beatdown during those turns.

Funny enough, while watching this I dueled the Vagabond and he actually used a Mill deck with the Warm Worms. He actually used the Shallow Grave a couple times to pull them back onto the field and a couple golden apples to protect his life points when he didnt have them or couldnt draw his Rebirths

it's not that you missed timing but regretful rebirth can only activate if the monster is destroyed by battle, your worm was destroyed by a monster effect :)

A huge counter card to a deck like this is the spell, “The Mask Of Remnants.” (Allows you to continue shuffling this card in your deck every time you draw it.)

You should add the rare trap card "Secrets of the Gallant" to your Mill deck. Info on it: "Select 1 Normal Monster you control. When the selected monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent this turn, your opponent discards 2 random cards."

"Abyssal Designator" lets you call an element and a type for 1000LP. Your opponent has to discard from their hand or send a card FROM THEIR DECK to the graveyard with the element and type you called. If you know what deck they're using, you'll make them discard their key cards AND mill them out.

In this game as long as your life points aren't 0, you're fine. EDIT: Also, if you know their deck, you can quite literally send their main monster to the grave. I'll gladly sacrifice 1000LP to send an UR key monster from their deck, no questions asked. Not to mention, if they don't have any copy of that card, you get to look at their hand.

Just for clarification in case anyone hasn't mentioned it yet, 14:45, you weren't able to use regretful on the worm since regretful only works when your monsters are destroyed by battle instead of effects. Luv ur vids btw~

A fun rogue deck I like is the Duel Links Wind Witches decks (named after an actual archetype). Basically you use Mai and her Harpie Lady field spell skill to boost Wind attribute bird cards (the blue and red one) and then you have 2-3 Harpie cards for cheap spell/trap removal and 1 DMG as well as 3 Elemental Magicians with Magician's Circle. The point is to use Elemental Magician's ability to attack twice while the birds or the harpies are on the field. If you like fusions you may also use the birds for the hokey larger red bird thing so an example build would look like (it's not strict so you can add/take anything that's not a monster card core card): 1x DMG 3x Elemental Magician 3x Faith Bird (or 2x) 3x Skull Red Bird (or 2x) If you have free spots you can add a Harpie or two for S/T removal using the Field Spell Add any Spells and Traps you like, they're not that important. Things I like to run are: Wonder Wand, Order to Charge, White Elephant Gift, Poly (if you're running Crimson Sunbird build), 2x Ririyoku, Enemy Controllers and other hokey stuff. You can run Guardian Weapons to empower Elemental Magicians if you want or even Elf Light or Elegant Egotist for more Harpies or Follow Wind for even stronger birds (they're already 1700 and 1750 normal beatsticks so they aren't that bad). For those pesky Dino decks you may want to add a De-Spell or any other Field removal, I find those decks pretty beatable whenever a Harpy or a Spell/Trap card removes their Field.. For traps you can add your Windstorms of Etaqua, Curse of Anubis, Metalmorph and others, just add one or two Magician's Circle for cheap DMG or another double attacking Elemental Magician. Once a guy blew up my Field Spell and it was a little bit tougher but I pulled enough equips to pull me through. It's not a high tier deck but it really works out surprisingly well for me.

You can replace bubonic with Peten the dark clown. It still summons from hand too. You can also run the shallow grave. You may want to replace jar of greed with jar of avarice

If you're using Tea you can also use Holy Guard skill so you can bash your warm worms against the opponent taking no damage in return! Btw Coffin Seller is 300 points per card(s) while Skull Invitation is 300 points per card

That's a cool strategy , Shady. What i'm using right now is a combination of Type Zero Magic Crusher and Sword of Deep Seated. The trick is to summon high attack or defence monster on the field and just keep using the magic crusher to deal 500dmg using the deep seathed, which then goes back on top of the deck. It's probably a shit ideal for pvp, but against standard and legendary duelists I find it to be a golden tactic for farming.

I like the idea of building different decks to do challenges, in this episode you already did one of my ideas of winning with no monsters more than 1000 atk. Another idea a had would be to try a deck with only monsters, so no spell or trap cards, would like to see if Shady could do it.

Love the duel links videos, please keep posting them. I have had the most success with Mai Valentine using aroma strategy, especially with cards like Card Trader, so that you have the option to shuffle your deck of you don't like what you see on top of your deck. My main deck uses relinquish, and equip magic cards. (+500 to any type like black pendant, axe of gnarl and sword of deep seated) Jerry Beans Man OP!!!!. Definitely give it a try!

Also, do not activate Conscription during their Main Phase. It gives them the chance to use the card if they add one. Only use it during the BP.

Shady you should run a fairy deck, they're a lot of fun. Since Master Hyperion isn't in the game, the best deck for fairies is an equip deck. The main card would be Vylon Charger, which gives 300 attack to all fairies for every equip card equipped to it. Some other cards you might want are Freya Spirit of Victory, Vylon Ohm, and Element Valkyrie. And you could even run Jupiter with Mystical Shine Balls or White Dragon Paladin with Blue Eyes.

He couldn't have done ‘Cup of Ace’ anyways, his opponent only had 1 card left in his deck. To activate ‘Cup of Ace’ your opponent has to have 2 cards and so is the player using the card’s effects.

You should increase the size of the deck with stuff like hiro's shadow scouts so that you don't get drawn out as often. Deck mill benifets from running more than 20 cards just in case of heavier decks.

Shady, love the deck but as you said smart players will try to just wait you out. The best tech for a Mill Worm deck is Wonder Balloons + Sword of the Deep Seated. These two cards make it that much harder for you to be milled. Windstrom of Etaqua also helps when they start switching into defense position, with the balloons reducing some of the damage taken from kamikaze attacks with your worms.
