If you go to settings while dueling, scroll down and there's an "Activation Confirmation" section, click "Toggle Button" which will make it so you can change the toggle between Traps/Spells activiting automatically, so that if you have reinforcements or something down, it doesn't keep popping up, didn't find out about this until earlier, now it wont keep popping up asking if you want to active a spell/trap every turn

Shady you don't have your effects negated because of a face down Bubonic Vermin. When it's face down the monster is treated as not having any attributes or type. However, when the monster is flipped face up that's when Element Saurus' effect is in play. Basically if you have a 4 starred ladybug of doom face down and vermin face down, and if your opponent attacks ladybug first your effect would still go through as long as there are no other earth monsters on the field

Just peaked at rank 67, w/l ratio has been improving. Not going to attempt to get into top 10 because of the risk of going into a big losing streak and dropping too far down. Just keeping my head above water to stay in top 100 by the time this gosh darn event is over! It'd be real interesting if they released the decklists of the top X players from each region, doubt it'd happen but I'm very curious about any tech choices the top players are using. Might post a report and decklist analysis on reddit or something afterwards.

See your playstyle is different form mine. I run hyper-offensive and honestly it works well for me. Though the card I use most (in RL duels) is Vampire Lord which I usually have a way of damaging life points with thus triggering it's effect. My opponent usually can't best me when I drain pretty much all their traps. If I get Jinzo early on though I'll drain their spells instead.

i feel that a bigger deck "can" work if you have a good draw engine in it so you could even include other spells cards that will do effect damage this way if they wont attack you you can still force them to eventually by showing you can burn them even with out their popping your tracks

there is also Potential to make a burn deck on tea with the skill the lets you start with 5 cards if you theres a decent chance you will have a Restructer Revolution this card does 200 points of damage for each card in your opponents hand this mean turn 1 you can do 1000 damage up to 3000 if you start with all of them. but yeha my odion deck is a 26 card draw engine that lets me take advantage of passive opponents if they refuse to attack to active the flip effect monsters i flip over my own skelengle get that draw attack their monster and trigger attack and receive from the damage i take by crashing into them

yo shady. u wanted to know the odds of drawing exactly 1 card if you have 3 copies of that card in a 20 card deck for a 5 card hand. That would be: (3nCr1*17nCr4)/(20nCr5) which equals .4605263158 which rounds to approximately 46.1 percent. Probably much higher than you expected, huh?

Use my kaiba deck: 2 pumpkin princesses, SOUL EXCHANGE (I love when kaiba says the cards that belong to him. )2 dwellers, 2 behemoth, divine wrath, certainly 1 stomping spell you can use 2 if you want white horned dragon cyber fiend trust me if you are 2 monsters down or even have one monster and the opponent 3 you can special summon. Also tyrant dragon.

Uniting Broa that's not really how statistics work. Any one particular card is 15% chance but he has 4 cards in his opening hand and each card added increases the chances of drawing the right one.

To calculate this, take it one step at a time. For his first card, he has a 3/20 chance of drawing it. For the second, if he still didn't draw it, he now has a 3/19 chance. For cards 3-5, he has a 3/18, 3/17, and 3/16 chance. You add all of those together and get 85%. And from then on, he has at least a 20% chance to draw the card after that. Which is why I get so pissed when I go through 10 cards and don't draw the one I have 3 of lol.

But that's not how card games work. Your hand is determent by placement of the cards.Lets use burning land deck for an example. First you snuffle the deck then, this is the end result -> Vermin,burning land,mask,atkandrcv,javelin,vermin,ladybug,burningland,ladybug,goldapp,atkandrcv,rabbit,vermin,ladybug,burningland,goblin,atkandrcv,snake,vermin,javelin. All the cards are in a order. So, its not a percentage, it all depends on luck. You're 3 burning land can be the 3 last cards in your deck if your unlucky. The quickest way to get to it will be reducing the no. of card and shuffling the deck over and over again. Then there will be a 85% chance of drawing it.

However, in a card game everything is set, once , you shuffle you deck every thing is set no matter what percentage says. So, its no use making sense of your opening hand via percentage. Just call it "bad luck" and stop blaming the game.

maybe and I'm just saying maybe, test this out. take out the bubonic vermin and the cobra replace the vermin with yomi ship and the cobra with a dunames dark witch or a jerry beans man cause you kina need some firepower I say run with a jerry beans man just to counter all the other 4star ladybugs everyone else is running with and maybe take out one burning land and replace it with mask of dispel that way if they play with a field card they will take 500 damage and you won't but they'll still get the field bonus

I kind of wish that Shady would stop saying that he "versed" people, seeing as it makes no sense. To "verse" is to write verse, as in poetry or lyrics (ex. I have a dateline coming up tomorrow, so I'll have to verse all day if I want to have this poem finished on time). The verb "verse" has nothing to do the the preposition "versus", which is used to describe a state of contention or conflict between the two designated subjects (ex. Yugi Versus Kaiba simply means that the two subjects [Yugi and Kaiba] are at odds with each other. It does not necessarily mean that they are fighting or competing, though it is often used in that context.) There is no verb that is directly connected to the preposition “versus”.
