They worded it wrong , this product will only help you loose “water weight”. Most sweat belts only help loose “water weight” and not body fat/weight.

TJ Walker In my opinion yes it helped me but I guess I was one of the lucky ones to experience weight coming off my waist line faster when I actually actively work to lose weight - but in my opinion this helped
