Aeropostale manager here!!! They are right, there are sales all the time. Things are always at least 50% off, so they prices they had listed are way higher than what they usually are! Like the denim skirt says $50 on the tag but they are actually $12. And side note, Jackie is the one saying it correctly.

I would honestly love to see a Torrid video. Torrid definitely caters to plus sized women more, but that's why I would love to see it. They do have some straight sizing as well, so you may be able to bring in Jackie, I'm not for sure on that. Maybe Bridget and one of the plus sized guests that come on sometimes? I'm a size 14 that shops at torrid but I really struggle with styling

agreed! torrid’s smallest size is 38in-40in (96.5cm-101cm) bust, 32in-34in (81cm-86cm) waist, and 42in-44in (106cm-111cm) lower hips, which is the same measurements as a “normal” medium/large

Me too. They need more plus sized girls on this channel because of course everything is going to look good on them. They are damn twigs. 🤣 Get more body types inclusion here. The average size is a 14 after all so it would be nice to see bigger sizes on this channel. Torrid is very stylish for us bigger girls(size 14 here). My complaint though is that everything is so damn expensive at Torrid. I shouldn’t have to spend $40 plus on shirts and $60 for a pair of jeans. It’s ridiculous how much they charge for clothing there. That’s why honestly I shop on the CurvySense and Fashion Nova websites more than buying from Torrid. It’s starting to really hit my bank account and those websites are much cheaper. Before people say well it’s because they use more material therefore it makes sense for them to charge more I call bullshit. Companies need to get called out on that shit. It should NOT cost more just because you are bigger size. It’s called companies are fucking greedy. Especially when they seriously upsell the same type of clothing. Meaning they will only charge $10 for a smaller size but turn around and charge $40 for a bigger size. That’s messed up and shouldn’t work like that.

That's how areopostale has always done business. They have really high prices, but get you with the "sale" tactic. It's 40 dollars for a shirt, but then I get 2 free making you feel like it's a bargain. Back in high school their graphic tees were always on sale I believe it was 2 for 10 so it became the one place in the mall I could convince my parents to go for school clothes.

A little misleading. Worked there for years, you absolutely would never pay full price for anything. It’s a marketing tactic. Nothing is ever over $20 except jeans and jackets but even then it’s always super cheap for what it is. I’m glad y’all liked it though. Aero is completely overlooked but you can find some great pieces in there…sometimes.

For me Aeropostale and American Eagle was middle school. Then high school was Hollister and Abercrombie. Aeropostale definitely didn’t have these basics back then. It was a lot of the branded shirts and hoodies. Also it was a lot cheaper. Unless the branded stuff is cheaper 🤷🏻‍♀️
