@@Carrie-wi5lt Yes skinny is a body type but that is ALL you ever see. Not trying to hate on skinny people but the average size is a 14 and yet there is no representation. Even on these so called size inclusive videos they still only show very skinny models. I’m not trying advocate saying that being 300 pounds is healthy or anything because it’s not but there needs to be more people that are different shapes and sizes that are being shown. And not just a woman who is big but an hourglass shape. Not everyone is shaped like that. It’s just nice to see different sizes is what I’m saying.

I know this video is a few months old, but as someone who works at Hollister, you’d be surprised about home may adults shop there. Anf is our sister store and the one who has the “girls” clothes. Hollister’s sizes are generated towards to the older teens and adult demographic. The styles on the other hand are definitely more on the what’s in style now and definitely to get teens attention. But due to our sizing A LOT of adults shop there, especially in the mens section.

I wasn’t overweight but I had curves. I was a size 6/8 or 5/7 and had DDs In highschool. Even when I tried and XL shirt in hollister back then it would be tight. I could find pants but they were just never comfortable because I had booty as well. That was also the low rise craze. Holisiter and low rise gave me so many body issues.

I always hated skinny jeans when I was in high school and college. I used to always get straight leg jeans 2 sizes up and they would fit like boyfriend cut before boyfriend cut was a thing. I was barely 110lbs back then, and now that I have more meat on my bones, I like the way high rise skinny jeans look on me now more.
