I have tweeking and trying some flours like Teff flour, Ragi millet, and red sorghum. These 3 combined make a nice bread for us, as I have heaps of unused Teff flour in my pantry. Also I have a little trick I recently learnt to get a nice shape bread. Lay down some baking paper. After mixing dough, roll or push it out to a rectangle. (I use a low edge pan to get the right size). Then roll up the dough rub the edges and ends closed. Pat the ends to flatten a little more. Place into the bread tin to rise
