Buckwheat hulls are better cause they move less resulting in less waking up to fluff. Buckwheat pillows are harder but you get used to it after a few days and it gives better neck support

If I gave 100 people one of each, after a month 95 would choose millet. Maybe more.

@@milletpillows Not for me. Not only do you have to move them around more but it heats up twice as much as a buckwheat pillow.

@@uhhTabby Right but you are one of the 5% that's heat sensitive. Everyone else likes the comfort of millet and no noise.

You can. I've done it just to try it out. I still liked the pure millet hulls better. The more buckwheat hulls you add, the firmer it gets.
