So funny. I went to CVS today with my coupons and I will admit I was taking a while. The guy behind me said, "people who want to save 25 cents drive me crazy," really loud. I saved over 60 dollars by the way, and we are for 28 and 29 we are worth 300k already. I didn't save that money because I blew it on nothing.

We've been happily married for 10 years. lol People didn't think we would last 10 secs. All those people are divorce.

I hope to meet someone like you that has their mind on right. So many people just want to spend money. I still pick up pennies on the ground and that embarrassed one of my ex's. I am happy to hear a story like yours though. It sounds like my mom and dad. they were married at 20 up until my dad's passing this year.

No my dad's family is from Louisiana thus "thecreoleson" lol My dad is of French and African decent. That is very disciplined. you won't find many out there like that. I am just contributing to my 401k (roth) and trying to start up a rothira. I am just glad I have no debt and a house and car. Soon people will realize that stress free beats having wants anyday. thanks for your story.
