Sorry sorry to interfere after A YEAR THAT I FOUND THIS OUT. But yes you can deport him. According to the US law, just because he married an american, doesn't mean that he's going to be AN AMERICAN immediately. He has to get a K1 visa first and then has to go through a US citizenship process that will take 3-5 years. It doesn't protect him from getting deported though. Even if he is american citizen, Milos can still get deported
