Holiday and Allen were both good defenders. Now Dame time is running late on defense. This is what I explain to people that don't understand winning. A two way player averaging 15 is better than an offensive only player averaging 25. Not only is his man scoring but others are hunting him . The team defense suffers overall

The whole team is frustrated and all thy gotta do is call out Dame. I'll never forget all those idiots saying, "how are they gonna get worse on defense when they still got Giannis and Brook Lopez?" No they see why. Having a guard that can't keep anyone in front of them is like playing defense 4 on 5. It was a bad trade. It's gonna look worse when they get bounced in the second round to philly. Might even lose first round again.

His laziness on D sets the tone for his teammates whi are supposed to be following and looking up to him. His lack of defense negates a large portion of his scoring. Defense eins championships, scoring gets clicks, views, and admiration when doing ehats necessary to win games should be what's celebrated. Dame is a selfish player, only pushes himself when the ball is in his hands. He'll let his teammates to the work on that end. Lol
