Eagle claw has great needle nose for fishing , but they are unmatched and cheaper that brand name tools! I got a pair of offset pliers and like I said better than any I've paid 5x as much for!

Send it to the company. Hopefully they send you a new unit.

What cat # is that? I have one like new , cat# 6506 and I see a fuse of a sort are they available ? I just have no power and think its the trigger or a fuse but this is the only place I found for some this old that's cherry!

No, no, no! Use an allen wrench. The screws are torx head. It needs to be greased.

That is a torx screwdriver. not sure why you would grease the screws.

Can you buy pig packages of brushes economically, that work just as well, probably...oh that sucks, the armature wears down, why is this I bet it's wears down like this only when the brushes are shot. Like an edm machine.
