Thank you! my quit in the middle of a job and needed to stop to fix it quickly... this video helped me tremendusly! I repaired it by soldering all the 4 leads to the angle conectors... that made it more permanent, I didn't have to buy or a new switch. Thanks again! your video showed me the internal parts of my switch, because when I took it apart all the internal parts came loose and on the floor. This is a POF (point of faliure) but the switch is good just the leads need to be solder in.

Thanks for the video. My switch also came apart when I was replacing the cord. Now I know how it's supposed to go back together. It's sure a poor design when you need to work on it. I also replaced the cord on my circular saw and jigsaw... it was much easier!

Thank you very much. That was the problem. I had it fixed in about 10 minutes, with no cost.

Ohh.... Sad that you didn't film a close-up when you took the trigger switch apart. I really wanted to see exactly were that plastic piece should be. 🙈 That plastic piece fell of my inner part of my trigger switch for a Dewalt DW303. 😩

Thank you for taking the time to do this. This video helped me put a new cord on - I was having trouble getting the new wires in until I saw this. Thanks again. Very much appreciated.
