Great discussion. I tried TRE with the eating window between 5am and 1pm. I’ve been an early bed early rise person on for many years, prior to trying TRE. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I am not really hungry in skipping the usual dinner hour.

Loved the convo. What's interesting is that ancient sciences like Ayurveda already suggests many of the things discussed here.

Thank you for featuring Cortney Peterson, great guest and excellent information. 👍👍👍 ..... I have found great benefits from doing OMAD and 2MAD, as well as following the work done by Dr Donald Layman. Thank you for uploading and sharing.

Is there any data to suggest IF/TRF decreases one's BMR? I swear if I do anything more than 18:6 it just slows mine down. Especially if I do OMAD.

Only problem with this woman is she praises longo when he blatantly makes up things and tries to sell fasting. That is like me trying to sell you air.

What exactly is he making up? I don't at all get that from watching this.
