I listened to the episode while eating something and even though I am eating sort of slow and take my time, I noticed a change in the way I tasted and felt the food in my mouth. I love food, especially extraordinary but healthy food, and I enjoy it but I think it makes a difference if you think about what you are eating, I think you just taste the food more intense then by eating fast and thoughtless. This is great advise, thank you!
