Thank you so much for this video. I was struggling with panic last year around May/june. I used this as a tool to help me and it worked so well. I still use it semi regularly to help with anxiety. It works!

Does anyone else focus their consciousness into a tiny ball of light, and travel around outside of your body when you meditate? I use to lay down, and allow the ball to fly faster & faster like a bullet, & my body would actually vibrate. I’d make sure that I wasn’t tensing up my muscles, and truly it was like potential energy from my nervous system. Its more like an exercise than a meditation. When I do simply quiet my mind & imagine the endless space to open up, I have to remind myself that I’m dealing with something very delicate, & if I move too quickly, it’ll start over. Ive been meditating every night before bed for 25 years.

Nice Video clip! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Riddleagan Professional Beats Remedy (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering a simple journey to success and fortune without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker finally got astronomical results with it.

this is not mindfulness. this is a body scan, regular meditation. mindfulness is becoming aware of your thoughts

It’s all about noticing thoughts and bringing it back to an anchor, such as the breath

You are right. Good video but misleading title, since the speaker, like most MDs, has no idea of what mindfulness meditation really means. It’s not part of the medical school curriculum. Yet.
