The other day, on the Mind Over Meniere's Facebook page, I asked you all to ask me anything about Meniere's disease and tinnitus and I got some great questions to tackle!
In this video, I answer your questions covering a wide variety of topics from the fear of going bilateral, to finding relief from tinnitus, hearing loss and hearing aids, what to do about pulsing tinnitus, the fear of driving and making plans, feeling guilty for being sick, and so much more!

I had tinnitus for 1 month after a terrible, long-lasting cold about 10 yrs ago; one of those colds where you lose sense of taste and smell. I thought I would lose my mind. My mother has this all the time and I suspect I’m destined for this. I feel the thumping that could become full tinnitus whenever I exert myself. Controlling my allergies with daily antihistamines has helped. Considering a daily CBD dose, but it is so expensive.

I have chronic tinnitus very bad. I’ve been trying to deal with this for a long time now and I always do sound therapy all day and all night. My tinnitus is in my ears and head my whole head I have buzzing-static like electricity and sometimes it sizzles it is so debilitating and hasn’t got any better since I went to the Dr. in August. I just don’t know how I’m going to get through this. I struggle every day and I havnt worked since August. Please respond back.

Some cases is a Neti Pot not good for Meniere's? It's saline and I'm just wondering if all that salt running through my nasal passages can then absorb into the ear area swelling them up other words not supposed to have any salt right ? Just wondering if putting all that salt up in that area of my head is not good for the meniere's?

Hello. Just got your books after a recent diagnosis of Menieres. Thank you fir what you do to bring awareness. Question for you.. would you go to Disney or amusement parks with this illness? My family goes often and I don’t know if it would be possible to ride rides with Menieres?? Any advice is appreciated

How do you manage it since you have symptoms on both ears? What do you do to make you feel better? I’m having a flare up of symptoms and feel miserable.

Glenn, has your eyesight deteriorated over the years with MD? Since I've got MD I think my vision got worse and I am really worried about that because I have high myopia :/ Thanks for the answer

You could have Cogans syndrome. Same symptoms but vision loss is a factor. Thought I had it but was cleared. They can tell right away with your eye exam.
