There are also several congenital abnormalities that could result in low testosterone in a young person which must be identified. Most physician will know the tests to perform and if he went to a “hormone replacement doctor” it was not likely a MD or DO but an alternative provider. The actual medical physician would be an endocrinologist.

The guy said right off the bat that he was Sub 8% body fat. So nobody bothered to ask him what his total calories were on average those last four years? I’d be willing to bet very low calories. Test takes a bigger dive the lower you push your calories and body fat percentage. This is common sense that all competing bodybuilders are well aware of. He also didn’t mention his macros. What if he’s been consuming a high carb diet all this time? That can push test even lower if he isn’t getting sufficient saturated fat. Then he’ll fail to absorb fat soluble vitamins properly (a further complication). He definitely should have looked into reverse dieting back up to 12-15% body fat along with boosting his fat intake to 40-80% depending on the maximum effective percent his body responds to. He may also be training too frequently. If calories aren’t high enough to handle recovery from training (15-20 calories per lb of bodyweight roughly), he’s gonna end up digging himself into a hole known as over training. Training too often commonly lowers testosterone and depletes mineral stores like zinc, magnesium, and vitamin b6. So he should probably get blood work done. It couldn’t hurt to supplement with those along with getting his d3 levels checked. None of that was mentioned.They just went straight into discussing drugs and options that would leave him with a permanent band aid, not a cure. Addressing ALL natural possible root causes is the first step to getting some answers. Jumping right into drug therapy discussions is pure negligence on this channel’s part. He should have gone to Tim Ferris, or at least a naturopathic dietician. Even though sleep isn’t mentioned, I doubt sleep would be the direct cause of his low test. More like: poor sleep is just unfortunate, collateral, damage that would contribute to his low testosterone due to the other variables being less than optimal. I highly doubt a general practitioner or even a hormone specialist would discuss dietary optimization. He’s gonna have to do a lot of personal research if he wants to avoid TRT for the rest of his life, but I strongly believe he could double or triple his testosterone naturally also. Most guys like him are simply unaware of just how quickly the body can bounce back if you just understood how to take care of it properly. Eating processed food all day long (Standard American Diet) is generally high in carbs, low in vitamin/minerals, high in artificial oils, and too low in saturated fats. I’m not saying he consumes this diet exclusively. I'm just saying that it’s common for men to have low T these days because nutrition is completely forgotten about, and drugs are overly pushed as a replacement for raw materials your body NEEDS to make testosterone. Some guys in the comments keep saying to do no-fap. I highly doubt the dude cut his testosterone down to the 200’s from “over fapping”. So if that isn’t the main cause, then it’s not going to do much unless the other variables are worked on in conjunction with it. Tim Ferris corrected his low T by working on cutting back his exercise routine, increasing calories, improving the quality of food he ate, and did exemplary amounts of supplementation. He can fap all he desires, and it probably won’t ever drop his testosterone down because his body has what it needs to produce ample Test. So I disagree with no-fap as a “cure” to his problem.

Wow all these young guys needing TRT or thinking they do is absolutely scary. I see below in the comments a guy 24 years old. Thats insane. Think about a life long commitment to pinning. These guys in another ten years will be looking for other answers. Guys before going on TRT really get with someone who can guide you in making the correct lifestyle choices, nutritional approach and correct training. Here is a tip Boron!!! $7 boron + Vit D + 10,000 mg + Fodogia + Tongkat after 4 months retest your blood work. Over the past 15 years I have seen a tremendous increase in Men coming to me to now get off TRT. These company's and most of these hormone specialists make it seem like its life changing. Its not.

I'm mid 50s testosterone 369. A few years ago in my 40s my urologist gave me 1 testosterone shot. Am I doomed? I still lift weights at home but not heavy mostly bodyweight. I have scoliosis and arthritis in hips and pelvic tilt. Always in pain. Try not to take anti inflammatory meds too much.

I highly suggest to avoid exposure to EMF radiation, cell phones/towers, wifi, also avoid radioactive foods & exposure. Shield all your electronics & throw away your cell phone. When your T levels get higher estrogen will compete with it so you'll need estrogen blockers to combat it. Unfortunately pharmaceutical testosterone & estrogen blockers are not as good quality as it was back in the day. Bio-metric hormone therapy is working for me but not sure on long term effects, but it is safer than injections; being on a grain free diet really helps.

I had low/lower testosterone five years ago. Now I am having high testosterone with a crazy deep voice. 1. Stopped fap/porn addiction. That works wonders for me 2. Cutted out all industrial seed oils and processed crap while eating a lot of natural saturated and monounsaturated fats 👌🏼
@caza7283 жыл бұрын
@@TobiWillTrainieren What about PUFAs? Do you cut these out completely ala Ray Peat/Danny Roddy diet or do you try to maximize Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio? What about flax seeds (specifically Bob’s Red Mill flax seeds)?
@TobiWillTrainieren3 жыл бұрын
@@caza728 I don't cut it out completely. I stay away from seed oils, but eat some PUFA from natural foods like fish, some nuts etc... Natural animal fats have some PUFAs too. I eat about 30 - 40 % fats to optimize my hormons and that means, that I am eating about 5 - 15 g of PUFAs a day, I think... Danny Roddy, Ray Peat etc... have good points about sugar and thyroid etc..., but in my opinion you don't have to be so strict... I don't recommend flax seeds, because of the high fiber content and the high percentage of PUFAs... My fat sources are: Raw grass fed dairy, egg yolks, coconuts, cocoa, some meat and fish, extra virgine olive oil, some nuts etc...
@caza7283 жыл бұрын
@@TobiWillTrainieren Thanks for responding. So you cut out flax, in spite of the good omega 3 to 6 ratio it has and simply try to limit PUFAs? Do you soak your nuts or differentiate between cold water and warm water fish? I think Danny Roddy was against taking fish oil supplements. I must admit some of my interests in his views stem from my fight against hair loss.

I think there is a factor most people don't talk about much. Actually this factor may be the simplest and best for more t levels. This factor is environment. There is a reason athletes, blue collars , firefighters and prisoners have higher t levels other than being physically active, they are all in a manly environment t that obligates them to have more t levels. So surround yourself with other manly men not soy boys. However, you an also increase t levels by having an active dating live.
