Although these habits are certainly great ones, I suspect to the huge majority of people watching this, it feels like a documentary on another planet. The amount of free time to carve out of everyday life in order to actually do all these rituals, starting with the daily afternoon nap (lol), implies a level of comfort and social authority that is just not present in most people's lives, even if you choose to bypass the material comforts quite evident in the video. For this reason, such a video is not so uplifting, because it literally excludes people who don't have the right lifestyle to start with.

I have made some habits for myself which think have really made me stable mentally and emotionally and which have started reflecting physically also. 1. Meditation --- at any time of the day for 10 min. 2- detaching myself from facebook and twitter. 3. Writing down my goals. 4. Doing my studies in short spans of time and taking periodic breaks. 5 . A daily habit of drinking black tea without sugar. 6. A daily listening to my self made affirmations. 7. gratitude in your living. 8. Listening more than speaking. 9. Spending quality time with parents. 10. A quality sleep for 7 hours.

That's a given part of just about everyone's daily lives. It makes sense that the things we're doing anyway because we have to wouldn't be touched on here. But that shouldn't be considered a roadblock, I'm sure there are ways to incorporate some of the advice given here into the things we already do, or to fit it in when we need breaks from something. How you do that, if you choose to, is up to you. I don't consider life advice stuff like this as a set "5 step plan" or whatever, I like to think of it as a flexible, "Here's what I/we do, try it or try something similar." Inspiration, not guidelines. But that's me. I don't know why I felt the need to type out a long-ass response to a one sentence comment, sorry if it sounds like I'm being preachy. I hope you have a beautiful day, stranger. ^^

@KLJF I implied exactly none of that though. Yeah, they're wealthy and can afford cleaners (don't need childcare bc if I recall correctly, all their kids have moved out) so they have more time to do all the things they're on about here, I won't deny that for a second. BUT, My point was just that "Hey, there's definitely time in the day and ways to incorporate *some* of the advice given here."

@KLJF They own Precious Moments and Lifebook. (I think they have a couple other businesses too, but I'm not sure) I wasn't saying they don't sell ANYTHING. I was saying they're not trying to sell something with this video. So by definition, it's not a con.

I give gratitude mostly before I go to sleep, and if I remember also during the day. Also, I practice self observation and detachment. If there is something in my day, not to my liking, I separate myself from the situation as an observer and ask myself what advice I would give myself, if I were my own client. This gives a lot of clarity. Next, and a very important thing for me, is that I consciously conjuring up the feeling of love and sending it to my loved ones.

I've been watching a lot of these two via mindvalley lately! They are certainly amazing and inspiring. I find my problem personally is I simply dont have the circumstances. I know what I want but everything and everyone in my life seems to be conspiring against me. For example the person I live with thinks smoothies and exercise and meditating is a load of rubbish. They have NO clue about aiming high in life. I stress everyday over being better and doing better but she's so happy with her mundane, meaningless life it baffles me. She is much older than me and thinks the internet is a load of trolls. I want to network online, build a following and be creative but I dont get enough time to myself since she needs constant help and attention. Its exhausting and frustrating. My perfect life would be impossible right now. Anyway, just venting on a random video lol dont mind me. Love this method in theory... hoping my life will change someday.

Acceptance is an alternative to that. I can find inner joy as long as i realize and i accept im in the so called life cycle and that I can really work things out despite of every struggle. I WONT DODGE AWAY from difficulties. Its the way i find ways that will make me feel content. I wanna face lifes beast with all my imperfection and juz say wassup life? I felt sad watching this. The vision shown here of this "extraordinary life" seems to be just a fantasy. Everyone is rich, fit, good looking, and experiencing only pleasant emotions/experiences. Using such image to make people "buy in" into your advice/knowledge/products is just damaging on social level. Few % of people can possess such attributes as shown here. And no one can experience only pleasant emotions in life. I think more productive would be to show balanced image. Not only pretty girls jogging by the sea, but also tired moms working 2 shifts (but still finding a way to have a green smoothy or doing bit of exercise in the morning). I think this would contribute to more real and humane world, and not "high life fantasy"...

Very true .. the video what represents here are just a driven thoughts towards fantasies .. I am a data scientist and I don't have time for activities like these.. though I do pranayam every early morning and some streching through out the day while I am at work. It's very hard to find such ways of time as they showing in video ! It look unrealistic

What about vitamin B12 .What about playing music. A lot of this is good for middle class people under the age of 65 years. There is nothing for those people over 85 years or older and cannot pay the price in money because they have none. No credit card or bank account, no home. I know some of these people still have dreams. Not everybody believes in taking from the government, mainly too much control, and no real care. Life does not end at age 80 or 90. Your program sounds good for people below the age of 65 and with money. Good luck with your business, I will continue mine, which is th Heart ❤️ . From my heart to yours Michael ❤️🎶

I know this is supposed to be inspirational, but it comes off as just another rich couple telling us how easy it is to have the perfect life. The truth is, we live is a world where people purposely fuck one another over every chance they get. Not because they have too, because it’s inconvenient not too. I image there will be a “for $129.00 per month, or a one time payment of $5000, we’ll show you have to live life without raising a finger”, at the end of the video.

Hey Jon and Missy! You guys are wonderful thinkers. I believe it's the mind and soul that makes you ponder upon ourselves, our minds, bodies, how everything about us has been created to do certain things to be healthy physically, mentally, financially and spiritually. Every aspect of life is linked to us being more human in nature. It's just the way we function and we are left to understand ourselves to get better and wiser day by day. Every word you have mentioned are very inspiring and focusses on all major aspects of life. They're all very logical and gives me a feeling you both are very very rational and logical, if you truly believe in what you're saying. I'm so fascinated with your words that I would really like you both to just once in your life, just once, please read the Qur'an. By Quran, I mean the English translation so that you understand it with its context. I'm pretty sure you would looooove to know the wisdom in it if you truly understand it. It may take years but I'm sure you'll not be disappointed. In sha Allah. I hope you consider my suggestion. All the best for everything. May Allah bless you both immensely. - Shaima Shaima

I understand anyone can change their life in any way if you want to bad enough, but wouldn't you say being a millionaire made having the time and space to make these things happen easier? Do you set up a decision time line of what things to tackle in what order to catapult yourself or stack the top priorities in the best order to make accomplishing the other goals easier?
