for challenges like this i think a shield is more valuable than armor also when you are short on torches you can always smelt wood logs to make charcoal which can also be used for campfires to cook food for free

Thanks for the tips foxie, yeah I make a shield at some point in the vide and despite me knowing about charcoal I didn’t really end up needing it (I was more scarce of wood than coal haha)
