To answer Lewis's question at 7:16. You don't actually catch a cold form being cold, It's more likely that when It's cold outside people will tend to stay inside where it is warm and with everyone being inside together it's more likely for diseases to spread but in this case everyone spreads around the cold virus. You can also just as easily get a cold when it's the warmer parts of the year like in summer.
