Imagine you wake up and see half of your house collapsed and then realise other buildings and skyscrapers that used to exist are all collapsed.

Sleep, an important thing, something I just woke up from. I lay in my bed thinking about the night before, I brushed my teeth and said goodnight to those importantly to me. I look above, thin clouds scattered throughout a light blue background, the sky. I get up, looking around my room, seeing the place I once found comforting In complete ruin. My bedside tables lay rotted and mossy, my wardrobe in pieces scattered around with the low piles of rubble surrounding my bed. I think to myself, I think about those who mean something to myself and others. Gone, it’s all gone, nothing left for me to even help clear my clouded thoughts. “Gone.” The word barely leaving my mouth in a heavy breath, “Nothing left, not for me, not for anyone. But why? Why did this happen?” I knew nothing would ever answer my empty question. I listen to the world around me, the way the insect’s chirps and whispers float away in the gentle breeze, the splashing of gentle waves pushing against broken concrete. I lay there, thoughts of nothing fill my head. I close my eyes, I feel a cool breeze blow against my skin, I sleep.

Something I really like about Minecraft worlds that are like this, is that we can tell a story by not even telling it, feeling like that this was once a place where lots of people used to live, and now is just a forgotten city resting in peace in one with nature.

I like the enderman plot twist, it's amazing. It's like how a scary movie work. And I also like the fact that this whole video is just like a piece of art, everything is slow-paced and relaxed ,the sound of the footsteps and the sound of the camera.

As a hobby photographer I loved this! I really enjoyed how cinematic this felt and how much emotion you were able to convey just through your player movements and the music too. The enderman ending was also a pleasant suprise!

this is so interesting as a concept. with a simple soundtrack and great visuals it makes you come to your own conclusion as to what happened there. I think if you were to do something like this but for horror then it would be a great video as well. Definitely subbing for more!

One of my fav things to do is walk around in video games and make paintings of the landscapes I find (Minecraft+ Skyrim, mostly) But 0:48 , 12:15 , and 15:08 feel like they could be Minecraft Paintings in the game. They just have that same feel that the beta game used to have This is one of the most creative things I've seen someone do with this game in a while. Thanks for gifting us this masterpiece, excited for what else you've got in store
