I’m Class of ‘22 and as i listened to this i thought of Change. The world changes. The people around us change. We change. In the thumbnail/background you can see what is obviously an (unlucky spawn) Minecraft island, with a lone tree. You can also see that the dude who took the “photo” has a mod (texture pack) on. Texture packs change the asthetics of Minecraft, to create a somewhat more appealing, realistic look. Yet behold the tree, and the island. They look virtually the same. For even if you change your appearance, your mindset, your thoughts, your words, your actions . . . in the end, the very being. the very essence. the beginning of you. will never change. Origins. Minecraft was probably one of the first games we played. And now even if we play our COD, Battlefront, CSGO, and, even _shudder_ fortnut, we will always remember the game that helped plant the seeds. Even if the creators update, change, tweak this game, Minecraft will mean the same thing to us. The music in the background is a “remix” of the extremely nostalgic minecraft music, along with some type of hip hop beat. For we, the class of 22, have grown up. We have changed. But beneath it all, beneath everything, our origins, our beginnings, will never change. That island captures the core of Minecraft.
